OXYGEN SENSOR INSTALLATION

  1. Be sure threads are clean of burrs and dirt before installation. Use a thread tap if necessary.
  2. Coat threads with a high temperature antiseize compound.
  3. Being careful not to cross thread, screw the sensor in finger tight to seal the gasket.
  4. Torque the sensor to vehicle mfg. specs.

CAUTION

When installing Oxygen Sensor: route wire(s) and secure in place preventing contact with any hot exhaust surface.
