An observant policeman (or “fuzz,” as the kids like to call them) noticed that the taillight on Paul’s new car was malfunctioning. We decided to fix this right away, as well as bring along the camera for the inevitable hijinx that would follow.
The problem was, the hijinx refused to cooperate. After driving around in circles forever looking for an open Super-K, we gave up. About the only semi-amusing thing that happened was that Paul, a loyal phone company employee, found it difficult to use a phone book. No, that wasn’t amusing, just ironic.
