The room is my grandmother's guest bedroom at her old house. It is well lit, with a creepy doll sitting on a chair in the corner. The furniture is old and dark. The bed sheets and curtains are lacy and white. It smells old and dusty. There is an old mirror on the wall, with elaborate brass metalwork. It is quiet and the window is open, with a slight breeze blowing the curtains.

The forest is shady, with some light coming through the trees. The trees have low and many branches, that I could climb if I wanted to. It is dry. I hear birds. Some pine trees and some maple and chestnut trees.

The path is narrow. There are tree roots crisscrossing it. There is grass along the edge and going into the woods. It winds and curves, but there is a definite direction. It is easily navigated, as long as I do not go fast. I wander and watch my steps.

I come to a river. The river is not wide, I can walk across. The water is clear and I can see the bottom, which is maybe two or three feet deep and flowing smoothly. There is a small waterfall falling from a few rocks on my right and leading into the river.

It is coffee mug. It is earthy and home-made looking. It has a handle. It has words and sentences printed on it that I do not understand. It is in a language I do not know. There is also some artwork on it. A flower and a tree.

I find an old silver skeleton key with engravings on the handle. It is attached to a chain. It is heavy. I do not know what it unlocks, but I look around for something to unlock. I wonder if it doesn't unlock a chest or box. I put it around my neck and take it with me.
