The room is warm with amber hardwood floors, light walls. Fire in a stone fireplace with a carved wooden mantel. There is a couch, and two Victorian chairs - in reds and golds. A red/gold Oriental rug on the floor, old but well-maintained. A coffee table with a tea service and two side tables next to the chair and couch. The walls have ecletic furnishings from around the world.

The trees are tall and old - there's a musty smell. Mostly oak with some alder and poplar trees. The sun is out, but the forest itself is dark, yet somehow inviting.

The path is meandering, but not difficult to navigate. It's wide enough for one person to walk comfortably without avoiding the trees. It's clearly marked, but appears to be unused.

The water is a gurgling stream, with a pebbled and rocky bottom. The water itself is crystal clear and has signs of life everywhere.

The cup is very old and smooth, made out of one piece of very hard wood.

Brass skeleton key tied with a red ribbon. It appears to unlock a chest.
