Cold. There are floorboards. Sparsely furnished. Dusty. The windows are closed.

The forest is bright with shadows from the trees. The trees are wide apart and tall. They are all fir trees. The leaves are high up and the trunks are sturdy.

The path is narrow and fairly straight. It is slightly bumpy but easy to walk along. The path is clearly marked and not often travelled.

The water is flowing quite quickly. It is bubbling and crystal clear. It is cool and refreshing to drink.

It is a gold cup. Dirty and rusting but I'm happy to drink from it. It has a wide opening.

The key is golden and rusting like the cup. The key unlocks an old wooden door leading to a garden.
