I wake up in a plush bed; heavy blankets cover me in the cold room. When I get up and place my feet upon the floor the floor is ice cold. The room is bright though, the light reflects through the window off of the snow out side. There is a couch along a wall opposite then bed and there is a table with a lamp next to the couch. A fireplace has the last embers of a dying fire in it. There is an ornamental oriental carpet on the floor.

The forest is dead; covered by a layer of snow. Again it is bright. there is life within the forest however, amongst the dead threes there are wintergreen trees lending some color to the otherwise white and brown surroundings.

The path in the forest is not Well-traveled but it is clearly visible as it is the only place where the trees do not grow. snow covers the ground masking any dead logs and rocks but also making them easier to get around.

the water is a bubbling hot spring leading into a river and a lake. The entire body of water gives off steam, it is inviting. the water runs at a decent pace and is crystal clear. I jump in the water stripping down to nothing in the frigid air and getting in the warm water. I go swimming for a while completely enjoying my self.

It is a hip flask silver with a Phoenix design on one side and on the other a picture of fire coming out of water.

it is an old fashioned silver key with a black metal handle. it is huge about the size of my forearm. it must unlock the giants castle from jack and the bean stalk.
