The room where I awake is the only room in the building. It is simple and made of clay, and only has basic features molded from the walls, such as a grill lit with coal to cook on, and shelves and cupboards also molded in. There is no electricity, and lighting is supplied by many candles and oil lamps. The bed and carpet are made of pelts of fur.
The trees are tall and thick, making it impossible to see very far into them. They are of a plain brown and green, with no interesting or notable features.
The path is very narrow and looks well-travelled. It was obviously used very often. The path is not visible as it goes a little into the forest because it is blocked by the trees, and also covered by the darkness caused by the trees.
There is a small waterfall leading into a small lake. It becomes narrower as it goes along, becoming a stream going further into the woods. The water is crystal clear, glimmering in a new-found light source, and is moving with great speed, making a slightly loud sound from both the waterfall and the movement of going down-stream.
The drinking vessel is a simple dark brown water-skin made of leather. It has a cork in it, and as I pick it up, I find it is empty.
It is just a simple bronze key, and looks quite old. It isn't rusty, but it looks slightly worn down. I am unsure what it unlocks, but I feel it is worth trying to find out.
