The room is neither warm nor cold. It is dim, the floor, walls and ceiling covered with a brown carpet. Seats and tables are just shapes in the floor, other than those there is nothing in the room.
The forest is light, with shards of sunlight showing through the trees. The trees are tall pine trees, the forest floor is clear of under brush.
The path is narrow, only wide enough for one person. It is reasonably clear, though a lookout must be kept for roots, branches and other minor obstructions. Others creatures obviously use this unmarked path.
The water is a clear river, about 6 metres across. a small waterfall is seen to the left of the trail, the water falling onto rocks. The water is clear, clean and cool.
The canteen is old, dented and scratched.
There is a small gold coloured key, suitable for a Yale type lock.
