The room is small with a high ceiling. It has large, bright windows that let in a lot of light, but are covered. The room is slightly cool, not unpleasantly so. There is a couch and some chairs along with a coffee table with picture books spread on it. Other decorated tables intermittently line the walls. Some paintings or prints hand on the walls between the windows. There are rugs over the hardwood floor.
Tall, green, straight trees obscure much of the light, making the forest dark, but not intimidating. There is little underbrush, and clear, well worn paths.
The path is easily navigated, mostly straight with some gentle curves, and free of debris. Occasional rocks or bushes line the sides. The path is comfortably narrow, so that one person could easily walk it, but so that two would not be able to walk side by side. The path is well kept, but not used frequently.
It's a moderately wide, shallow, rocky stream. The water is cold and clear and clean. It is too cold to comfortably bathe in. The rocks make it difficult to walk in.
A simple, metal chalice, with a short, fat body and stem. Easily gripped in one hand. Tarnished and slightly dusty, but easy to rinse clean.
The key unlocks a door to someplace that I do not own and have never visited. It is a large, thick brass or copper key. It is twined with red ribbon.
