It's a bit too warm. And humid. Stuffy. Beige walls, a bed, and an end table with an alarm clock and a science fiction novel that I was reading last night.

Coniferous trees -- pine, spruce. It's a sunny day, birds chirping, but there are clouds over by that mountain over there, so it's probably going to rain later.

The path is narrow, not well traveled. It's not much of a trail, really.

A small brook, fast moving, with a rocky bottom. The water is quite cold...probably from a glacier.

It's an aluminum canteen, like you might buy in an army surplus store.

It's someone's car keys. Apparently, to a GM car, though I have no idea to which.
