The room is small but cosy with pale green walls. On the walls are posters of naked women and sports cars. The window is open and a cool breeze blows into the room which is otherwise warm.
The sun is shining brightly but with the dense vegetation the forest is well shaded. Shafts of light beam down between the leaves and light the way along the path. The forest seems to be made up of mostly conifers but has a few oak trees scattered in between.
The path is about four feet in width and looks like it was once well traveled but has not been used much recently. There is a deep layer of pine needles that make the ground under foot feel cushioned and pine cones lay scattered all around. There are a few small muddy patches that have dried up and gone crusty.
The stream flowing in front of me is about 10 feet wide and flows at a medium pace. The water is very clear and just down stream from me flows over several large boulders on the stream bed making it gurgle and splosh with a very soothing sound. Small fish can be seen swimming in the stream occasionally rising to take flies from the surface of the water.
It is a small brown cup that has been skillfully carved out of a piece of wood. To hold the cup is substantial with a feel of great strength. It is an old cup and the outside of it has become polished by the great number of hands that have held it.
It is a small yale type key silver in colour. The key looks brand new like it has never been used. On it there is a note written that says BIKE. I think it probably undoes the padlock that joins the chain holding a pushbike against a nearby tree.
