It is a cool room, but I am toasty warm under the covers. The bed is comfortable and in a corner. The furniture is old-fashioned and looks kind of worn. There are some wooden ladder-back chairs, and a roll-top desk with a leather writing surface. The floor is of a nice hardwood, but there is a large area rug in the middle of the room. The rug is mostly maroon in color. There are drapes on the three windows, and the drapes are pulled back at the sides. Sheer fabric covers the windows, however, so I can't see out. I think I am in Paris.

The water is cold and moves rapidly against the large rocks, but it isn't threatening. I think this would be a great place to fish.
