The room is some kind of library, possibly in someone's home - a private type of collection. There are bid windows on one wall and all the others have floor to ceiling bookshelves. The room is pleasantly cool and there are several big comfy chairs and side tables.
Lots of big trees, pines and maples and oaks all mixed up. The are very tall with minimal brush on the forest floor. While it is rather dark under the trees it is not a frightening dark as when the trees move the sun shines through. There are also patches of violets scattered about.
The path is well travelled, though wide enough only for one person walking. It looks to be easily navigated though only the first 15 feet are visible
It is a natural river, not too deep and there looks to be a place for fording to the other side. The water is very clear, though fast moving. Looking down you can see the mud and smooth stones of the river bottom.
The vessel is an old fashioned waterskin. It looks to hold about a gallon of water and has a cork type stopper and a leather strap for wearing over the shoulder. It looks long used but well taken care of.
The key is the old fashioned kind and is rather large, made possibly of brass. It has two notches in the end. It might be a key to a door or old lock.
